The Rural Service Agency, Imphal has been running smoothly an Old Age Residential Home (Integrated Programme for Senior Citizen’s) at Laiching Nongpok Kakching since 1993 under the financial assistance of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, New Delhi. In this centre 25(twenty five) old ages persons(11 males & 14 females) are giving facilities for boarding, food and lodging, medical check up, visiting of religious place, Meitei epic story hearing meditation etc.

The Age Home is supervised by the Superintendent of the home. The home has been running under the direction of Director and new policies of the Ministry, Rural Service Agency.

This Home is running to secure the aged persons from economic pressure and to make themn relife from emotinal, physical, mentals, health and isolation from society.

The Rural Service Agency, Imphal, has been continuously implementing and working properly a comprehensive goal of HIV prevention sevices through the Targeted Interventions (TIs) project under the National AIDS Control Programme (NACP)for the high Risks Groups (HRGs) and the injecting Drugs users (IDUs) since 1998, the under the financial assistance of National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare , Government of Manipur.

Operation Area Ward no.20,21,22 of Imphal East Municipal Cooperation. under this programme, 1 (one) drop- in centre has been open at New Checkon Rd, Hatta, Public Hospital, Imphal East District, Manipur.

NABSKILL is a digital interface initiative by NABARD to capture the details of all stakeholders (Training Seeker, Training Provider, Placement Agencies and NABARD) involved in skill development initiatives of NABARD.

The eligible training provider can check for their eligibility criteria under “Guidelines” in home page and upon successful registration the training provider can apply online for seeking grant support from NABARD.

The portal captures the details of training related data viz., trainees profiles, training programme details, post training settlement rate etc.

The registered placement agencies can view the details of successful trainees (Name, Type of training obtained, Details of Training Institute) who have undergone skill training supported by NABARD.
